Latte Aluminium Rattan 6 Seat Round Dining Set

If you’ve owned a steel-frame dining set before, you’ll know how this usually goes. It looks fine for a couple of summers, then rust starts creeping out of the joints and you’re back to replacing it again. This 6-seat round dining set uses an aluminium frame, which cannot rust, so you can leave it outside all year round without a cover needed for the frame or rattan.

That matters more than most people realise. Steel usually corrodes from the inside out, because moisture gets into bolt holes and joints where the coating can’t fully protect it. Aluminium doesn’t have the same rust failure mode, which is why aluminium-framed sets are built for the long haul compared with typical 2-3 season steel-frame replacements. The rattan is UV-stabilised HDPE, not PVC. PVC rattan cracks, fades and becomes brittle after a couple of hot summers in UV.

You get 6 stacking armchairs, seat cushions included, and 1 round dining table with an 8mm tempered safety glass top. The table is 150cm long, 75cm wide and 75cm high, and each chair measures 61cm x 57cm x 88cm. The chairs stack together neatly when you want the patio clear, and the dining-height table means you can actually sit down and eat outside rather than balancing plates around a low coffee table.

The cushions are in a natural colour and, like all proper outdoor cushions, they’re not waterproof by design. Waterproof cushions can feel clammy and their coating can crack in UV over time. All you need to do is store the cushions when you’re not using them or keep them indoors over winter. If they need freshening up, the covers can be removed and machine washed at 30°C.
